We want to thank you for your patience during this challenging situation. The health and well-being of our guests and staff are what is most important to us.
Nuance Salon is planning to reopen on May 26th. Our safety plan will go beyond the safety protocols that have been recommended. We understand that you are all eager to be rescheduled. We have had to cancel many appointments over the past 6 weeks. To be fair to all, reschedules will be made in the order of original client appointments.
*Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon with the exception being who need assistance.
*Each area all tools stations and equipment will be sanitized and disinfected before the next client is serviced.
*When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle until you are called into the salon.
*Masks will be mandatory. Do not remove your mask during your visit.
*All staff have updated certification on sanitation protocols via Barbacide.
*Face/eye protection will be worn by the stylists.
*Please understand that if you are getting a color retouch, you may have an upcharge for your color because of the need to use more then usual.
*Cancellation policy - We will not penalize for any cancellations due to being sick. However please provide us with information as soon as possible.
*If anyone in your household or yourself have been sick please allow 14 days of feeling better to pass before booking your next appointment.
*When entering the Salon your tempiture will be checked, hand sanitizer or hand washing will be provided and required, and a waiver
must be filled out in person or at Nuancesalon.org by clicking on the red "Waiver" link at the top of this page.
